9 Month Old Photos

I am know that I have been behind the 8 ball on posted photos, but I am really trying to get this blog to a current status. Here isthe most recent month-old photos from his 9 month birthday. At his 9 month wellness visit, C was measuring about 29 1/2 inches tall and weighed in at 22.4 lbs. He is quite the sturdy little dude!

As I mentioned in a previous post, Cristian is very mobile but not sure how he gets around. He will go on his belly and push his way around...going backward.

Valentine's Day 2013

Last year I posted that this Valentine's Day may bring out my more sentimental side because we would be celebrated our first Valentine's Day with Cristian. My how a year has changed our life---but not my feelings toward Valentine's Day. It is still just another day. I love Cristian so much and enjoy each day with him that it feels like we celebrate Valentine's Day every day.

This year illness after illness has penetrated our house. Vlad started off being sick and then Cristian and I followed. Cristian with an ear infection and then Hand, Foot and Mouth Syndrome. Today, on Valentine's Day, Vlad is sick again with what we think is the flu--not fun at all, poor guy.

All in all, Valentine's Day has been pretty sucky, but it doesn't matter because every day is a day for me to shower my men with love. :)

Tia and Scoob have a tumultuous relationship. They don't mind playing together until they want attention at the same time and then things get heated. This is one of their better moments:

Places to Go, Walls To Crash

Cristian's latest craze is wanting to stand while holding on to our fingers. He has no interest in crawling whatsoever, and it looks like he wants to go straight to walking. He somehow gets where he needs to go but for the life of me I can't figure out how he actually does it. My favorite little man!
